My name Is David Nel Sevy.
I was named after my grandfather David Sevy, my fathers father.
My middle name Nel is my mothers maiden name, She is from South Africa! (that makes me "African American")
Last we checked "Sevy" is Jewish for "Sea war". And David is "God's Beloved". So I'm Gods favorite sea war.
Most people call me Dave, I adopted the common nickname near the end of my high school years.
I am just now getting out of a marriage that almost worked. I love Nicole with all my heart but there was just no way we could get along.
Thats what I get for getting married when I was 18. But now I know.
I have decided to join the United States Marine Corps, to the mixed reactions of my friends and family. My family and most of my friends support me. One of mah buddys, is anti war. He is begging me to do something else. As far as alot of the random people I talk to half about say that the Marines is the way to go, the other half say that I will be sorry. I call that second half, "The Pansies". I made deal with my dad to talk to everyone before I made a formal choice, the army Recruiter said I would do better in the Marines. My dad would rather I join the ch-Air Force. HE thinks I can learn after military skizzilz in the air force. MEh I say to this. I can still learn all those skills in the Marines.
Also if I can find two strapping young men to join me, I can get promoted.
I am going to be a Tanker.
This means that I will Learn how to drive and fix and load and fire and one day command an M1A1 Abrams Main Battle Tank. Epic.
Also I will be taught ow to use all military firearms and ordinance. (frag grenades)
